Concept Design

• Defining Concept Plans / layouts
• Creating initial sketches – 3D renders
• Developing further mood boards as per agreed design style
• Creating concept explanation (sketches)
• Finalizing Concept Presentation
• Quality check
• Submssion / Meeting / presentation to client

• Approve Floor Plan
• Approve finalized concept presentations / design / renders

Step 4

Schematic Design

DRAWINGS

• Initial Drawing Production
• Sending drawings to MEP / structural sub-consultants
• Continue with Drawing Production
• Implementation of MEP / structural comments / requirement
• Drawing coordination with other stakeholders when required
• Quality check
• Submission

SPECIFICATIONS

• Understanding the budget constrain
• Receiving relevant MEP / structural sub-consultants specific requirements
• Initial material selection, light fittings, sanitaryware, etc.
• Suppliers coordination (availability / price constrains)
• Cost estimation (if part of the project)
• Discussion with client / budget change proposal
• Quality check
• Submssion

• Budget constrain
• Client approval of Schematic Design package

Step 5

Detailed Design

• Continue developing drawings
• Coordiantion with MEP
• MEP / structural drawings by sub-consultants
• Development of the required design details and finalizing
• Finalizing specifications
• Cost estimation (if part of the project)

• Client approval of IFC package

Step 6

Tender Preparation

• Revise full package per client’s comments give on Detailed Design Stage and prepare Tender Documentation

• Client approval of Tender Documentation

Step 7

Tender

• Moy Design Studio can assist in reviewing proposals and BOQ (if agreed)

• Tender to be floated to several different contractors

Step 8

IFC

• Compile IFC package based on Tender outcome

• Client approval of IFC package
